The problem

Prime Meridian Direct (PMD) is a leading car insurance company offering a short term insurance product that caters to the need of ambitious, career-driven individuals. PMD approached us because they were hungry to succeed and to grow their business using a quality insurance lead generation strategy. In addition, they found it challenging to generate exciting results from cold calling internally and decided to outsource this function to us.

The solution

Our call centre specialists began by learning and understanding PMD’s systems, as well as giving call centre training to all PMD agents. We gave expert advice on the correct dialler system to use, and we briefed PMD’s tech team on how to develop and produce accurate and in-depth reporting, allowing them to monitor the performance of their campaigns with a closer eye. Once PMD’s systems were updated, we started generating high quality insurance leads with a multi-channel approach including warm-up, SMS and web leads.

The challenges

While shifting process and systems required a lot of development work, once it was migrated, PMD started seeing instant results.

The results

Within 10 minutes of the campaign launching, PMD started touching leads and conversions went up by 50%. Over a period of two years our campaigns drove up sales at a staggering rate. We gave PMD on average 2000 insurance leads per month, which translated to over 6000 sales overall. This translated to a 12% average conversion rate, and 25% conversion on web leads. Our insurance lead generation campaign ran for two years – and PMD have remained with us as happy clients ever since, for over 11 years.
